Anna Jaworski is an author, publisher, podcaster, and nonprofit leader. As the founder of Baby Hearts Press and Executive Director of Hearts Unite the Globe, she has spent decades building supportive international networks for the congenital heart disease community. Her latest manuscript, Disconnected: Yearning to Belong, draws upon this experience in community-building, blending memoir, history, and sociology to examine the modern loneliness crisis. Through her books and podcasts, Anna explores the universal themes of resilience, belonging, and human connection. She lives in Central Texas with her husband, Frank.
