Barry W. Levy is an award-winning actor, filmmaker, and screenwriter.
He holds a Fine Arts degree from The University of British Columbia's Department of Theatre, Film, and Creative Writing, (1991). His two feature films, ‘Spook’ and ‘The Shasta Triangle’, both of which he wrote and directed, have won many international festival awards, as have his numerous short films.
Besides being a former radio broadcaster, he has also worked as a professional film and tv actor in Canada and Los Angeles for over 30 years and has several screenplays in development.
Barry makes his home between Vancouver, BC, and Los Angeles with his wife, Helenna Santos, and dog Ella who are constantly entertained with his attempts to make pickles.
THE WAR MACHINE is his debut novel.
