BMG Tate

BMG Tate's publication history is predominantly as a poet. As 'Brian McMahon Gallagher' he has been published by RTÉ, NearFM, and in the collection 'Outstraight', archived in University College Dublin's library. As a spoken word performer he has performed at Glastonbury, First Fortnight, Electric Picnic, Latitude, and Cuirt International Literary Festivals. He is also the curator and host of LemmeTalk, a monthly open mic that takes place in ‘Poetry Ireland’, and on Poetry Ireland's Instagram page on the First Monday of every month.
As a playwright, BMG had his debut production 'Sunny Dayz' produced in the Samuel Beckett Theatre in February 2017, and completed a work in progress of his play 'Neverland' in the Pavilion Theatre, Dun Laoghaire in October 2017.
