My background includes six and a half years in the army, including deployment in service for Desert Storm. I also served for fifteen years in the Society for Creative Anachronists, where I learned to forge, construct armor, make shields and wine making and fight with melee weapons. I live in the frozen tundra of Minnesota, where I now work as an information technologies auditor, read, game, and hang out with five friends who have inspired me throughout our four decades together.
