Dean Temple is a Ukrainian-American writer, actor, and director based in Millbrook, NY, and NYC. He has written and directed animated shorts and documentary film for the FDR Presidential Library since 2018, including “Everyone Has the Right“ and “We Dare Not Fail”. His play “Apocollapse!” received a development grant in October at Teatro LATEA in New York City as part of the Ukrainian Cultural Festival where it had a sold out reading directed by Obie winner Rory Pelsue by a cast from Broadway’s Stereophonic and HBO’s Mare of Easttown. His previous play, “Voice of Authority,“ enjoyed successful runs at 59E59 Theaters and Edinburgh Fringe where it was named a Hidden Gem by ”Fringe Review.” Dean is a member of AEA, SAG/AFTRA, the Dramatist Guild, and Hudson Valley-based new play incubator Howl Playwrights. deantemple.com
