British debut novelist who began his working life as a waiter, but since has had a varied career in financial services, documentary film production and the travel industry. Much of his writing experience has been within the business world, where he has been head of corporate communications, and penned articles for most of the major UK newspaper groups. He has two adult sons, and when not writing he sings in a barbershop group and plays ('field') hockey on the international masters circuit. Project ULTIMO is a work of speculative fiction, set in a future where we are all subjected to constant and intrusive real-time actuarial feedback on our life expectancy.
