I studied law at LSE and worked in Hong Kong, Brussels and Los Angeles before returning to London during lockdown. Since then I have run as a LibDem councillor (electelizabeth.com) and had a painting shortlisted for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition. Operation Petrichor is a middle grade STEM adventure which I wrote while taking the Golden Egg Academy Novel Writing course. As my day job, I co-founded an AI start-up that was sold to Thomson Reuters.
My intention is to build a career as a middle grade author as I loved that stage of my own children's development - their extraordinary learning curves, their readiness to laugh, their fierce sense of justice and expansive imaginations.
