My career has been a mix of technical work, military service, and media strategy. I started out installing surgical media equipment, but my path shifted when I spent 13 years in the Army, serving as both an infantryman and a public affairs officer. During that time, I developed a wide range of skills and a strong sense of discipline. My military career also included some unexpected adventures, like the time I was bitten by a tiger and got into a scuffle with a gang of kangaroos during a deployment in Australia.
After the military, I became a Media Strategist for the City of Erie and founded my own company, RandyBillDuck, LLC. I also had the chance to work in the entertainment industry in Northwest Pennsylvania, further expanding my experience in media.
I’m also close to completing my master’s in education, which complements my bachelor’s degree in mass media, communication, and journalism.
I currently a creator of content for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
