Tamra Ryan is a nationally recognized leader in the field of social enterprise and a highly sought-after speaker for topics such as compassionate leadership and social enterprise. In May 2018, Congressman Mike Coffman (R-CO) recognized Tamra’s servant leadership and entered it into the Congressional Record of the 115th Congress, Second Session.

Tamra has received numerous awards for her work, including being named Most Influential CEO and Ten Most Influential Women in Business in 2023 by The Chief Navigators?; Top 25 Most Powerful Women in 2017 by the Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce; Judith M. Kaufmann award for Civic Entrepreneurship, presented by The Denver Foundation; Regis University’s Social Entrepreneurship Award; Outstanding Alumnus, presented by the Colorado Leadership Alliance in 2006.

Her first book, The Third Law, explores what is required for chronically unemployed and impoverished women to create new lives for themselves, focusing on the societal obstacles that must be overcome and the internal demons that must be squelched. It has won eight awards for women/minorities in business and social activism.

Tamra received her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and her Master of Arts and Sciences from Adelphi University. She lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband, two teenage children and two goldendoodles.
