La Vonne Johnson has lived in California nearly all of her life. During the last twenty years she has worked in the technology and biotechnology sector. For a short time, she lived in Paris studying art history while learning the cultural nuances of the French. She began writing later in life, and to date has self published five fiction stories incorporating her love of dogs and the valuable lessons they bring to their human families. After all, our pets love and protect us, provide us with physical assistance and mental therapy. Throughout history dogs have unselfishly worked around the farms and on the battlefields for little more in return than love and physical sustenance.
