Hallie Stephenson began her writing journey at age 7 with a Star Trek script chronicling Kirk and Spock's extraplanetary shenanigans. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Screenwriting from Purchase College, where her love for gritty period dramas and thrilling sci-fi worlds grew exponentially. Recently, she was a finalist for the Sloan Discovery Prize in Screenwriting and her pilot script was ranked #4 on Coverfly’s Red List. She was also named a 2025 recipient of International Screenwriting Organization’s Student Fellowship and the Lucille Werlinich Project Award for Excellence in Screenwriting.
