Hi, my name is Hannah Olesen and I am a soon to be Creative Writing graduate of Kingston University 2023. I am taking my masters in England but I grew up in New York. I love writing fantasy thrillers especially in the YA genre. I grew up reading authors like Madeline Miller and Neil Gaiman. I also love writing LGBTQ novels and I think there is a market for YA fantasy thrillers. I am currently reaching out to agents for my book called Invisible Love which is an LGBTQ romance novel where the main character is a ghost. I plan on making it into a series based in the same world. Each book will focus on different characters but be set in the same universe. I think there are a lot of trilogies and series out there but a book series like that will set itself apart from others. It will keep new readers engaged by allowing anyone to pick up a book at any point in the series, and keep older readers engaged by dropping little easter eggs about previous beloved characters. I am really excited about this project and hope to bring it to the shelves someday.
