I’m a former award-winning journalist and an active member of the Hampshire Writers' Society and regularly win prizes at its monthly competitions. My play, The Last Talent Show, was performed last year by Hamble Players and broke box office records – not the hardest achievement maybe, but the Players were delighted! After my time on the Mail on Sunday I purchased a regional news agency and, over a period of several years, grew it into the largest in the country. I'm married, have two adult children and live in Hampshire.
