I've had a number of short stories published in women's magazines including Woman's Weekly and Fiction Feast, and enjoyed some success with online flash fiction and other short story competitions. I'm a past member of the Romantic Novelists' Association and was awarded their Katie Fforde Bursary in 2012; I was also runner-up in their 2020 Elizabeth Goudge Trophy competition. I'm continuing to work on a series of novels following the lives of women in the same family through the twentieth century - the first of these earned me a finalist badge in the 2021 Page Turner awards - and have just started a second 'dual timeline' novel too.
