Punk Rock had barely left the charts when I moved to London and started a degree in Fine Art Sculpture at Central St Martins.
Nearly a decade followed, working at Virgin Records - going to see bands nightly and heaps of obscure films.
As with the music of my generation, the films I saw in my youth stayed with me. I thank the film Blade Runner for my enduring love of science fiction and AIs - well, basically robots of any kind!
Whilst still in London, I ran my own quirky lifestyle shop, before moving to Kent with my family and finally starting to write.
My stories are far from dystopian, and my worlds deliberately recognisable despite their quirky blends of AIs and humans. Rosemary Spencer AI PI is my second cozy Sci-Fi novel.
Currently starting a third, and waiting impatiently to be discovered and published!
