Maday is a Cuban-born writer, technologist, and storyteller who blends science, philosophy, and human emotion in her work. After earning a Master of Science in Cybernetics of Chemical Processes and building a professional career in information technology, she began exploring storytelling as a way to reflect on humanity’s relationship with technology, memory, and the natural world.
She is the creator of the literary universe Seeds in the Darkness, a series that explores the consequences of technological dependence and the rediscovery of human wisdom through intergenerational stories. Her work often combines speculative fiction with deeply human themes such as resilience, community, and the preservation of ancestral knowledge.
Maday currently lives in the United States, where she continues to write and develop new stories that bridge science, imagination, and the enduring strength of the human spirit.
