Michael Perzel is a Philadelphia native and retired insurance executive who began writing later in life. Rick Mowat is a Juilliard-trained writer, director, and former stand-up comedian. Together, they are the co-authors of Livin’ It: True Story of a Bad Kid from Philly Who Defies the Odds.
