Natasha Ickes is a resilience strategist, entrepreneur, and mental health advocate with a background in psychology and community-centered leadership. She holds a BA in Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her work is informed by a deep commitment to healing, equity, and trauma-informed care.

Natasha is the founder and owner of Shear Passion Salon, which she has led since 2012 as a mission-driven space rooted in service and community care. Through her salon, she regularly provides free haircuts in shelters and to unhoused community members. This work has earned her both a Certificate of Congressional Recognition and the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award.

A four-time TEDx speaker and multi–best-selling author, her work and leadership have been featured in national media outlets, including Munaluchi Bridal, LA Tribune, and Hudson Weekly. Beyond her professional endeavors, she mentors young women of color.

Across all areas of her work, Natasha brings a grounded, values-driven approach that blends lived experience, academic training, and a genuine commitment to strengthening individual and community well-being.
