Nicky lives in London with her daughter, but has spent much of her life travelling to Los Angeles for work and France for pleasure. After her BA in English literature, she had a fulfilling career in television post production, which culminated in a BAFTA Special Award for services to the industry. She now spends her time trying to write the book she wants to read, (this submission is attempt no. 2) as well as being a Trustee of a marketing and events company and working as a mentor to asylum seekers.
