Paula Seager is seeking representation for her upmarket women's fiction novel, The English Senhora, complete at 74,000 words. She is a writer and PR agent based in Brighton. Previously, she travelled worldwide with Amnesty International, Sight Savers and the World Health Organisation. This gave her insight into different places and cultures, which helps bring her stories to life. She has been longlisted in the Retreat West Pitch to Win competition, won third place in the Fiction Factory First Chapter Competition 2025, won 2nd place in the I Am In Print Awards Literary and Upmarket Fiction 2026 and was a finalist in the Page Turner Writing Awards in both 2024 and 2025. She was also a Bookouture winner in Nov Nov 2025. One of her short stories was printed in the Westhill Writers Anthology in Brighton 2022
