Roslyn Franken is an award-winning author, international keynote speaker, screenwriter, cancer survivor, and resiliency expert dedicated to inspiring readers and audiences to navigate profound life transitions and move from surviving to thriving. Holding a Master’s degree in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University, Roslyn has spent decades delivering impactful keynote presentations, including Meant to Be, Choosing to Live Fully, and Lighten Up for Good, across North America and Europe for corporate, community, and educational organizations.

She is the author of several acclaimed books, including her widely praised, award-winning book Meant to Be: A True Story of Might, Miracles and Triumph of the Human Spirit, which details the astonishing World War II survival stories of her parents, John and Sonja Franken. Having personally adapted the book into a feature screenplay, Roslyn brings a deeply authentic, personal connection and unparalleled access to primary archival materials, ocean-spanning love letters, and family history. Drawing from her own triumphs as a cancer survivor and her background in human behavior, Roslyn crafts deeply moving narratives centered on human resilience, hope, and the enduring power of love.
