Hello there, fantastic reader of this bio! My name is Simonton, and I proudly come from the vibrant city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania—famously known as the Steel City. I graduated from UC Riverside in 2019 with a degree in International Affairs and a minor in Theatre, and I also hold a Film, TV, and Theater certificate from UCLA. Currently, I work as a security professional at Warner Brothers, where I get to be part of the exciting world of film and television.
With over seven years of experience in improv and three years in sketch comedy, I’m an active member of the LA comedy scene. I perform regularly with Soul Sister Comedy and the house team Casual Outfits at the famed Pack Theater. I've had the privilege of performing in diversity showcases at both The Pack Theater and Upright Citizens Brigade, as well as at the Los Angeles Comic Con panel Black Musical for three consecutive years. I'm also involved with the Mach Improv Los Angeles Festival (MILF Fest) as a committee member and have performed at the Pack Theater Festival. Beyond the stage, I’m passionate about writing and acting in short films, having participated in the UCSB summer writing program and being published in the veterans’ anthology Anthology 4.0.
Whether I’m on stage, on set, or out in the community, I bring energy, creativity, and authenticity to everything I do. If you’re curious about my work or want to connect about upcoming projects and performances, check out my website. Let’s make some magic together!
