By day, Suzy Shepherd is a solution architect in Brussels, designing systems that actually behave themselves. By night, she is an illustrator and writer, creating stories that most definitely don’t. She has published three children’s books, a short story collection, and another for pre-teens; with one tale earning recognition as an Indie Short Story Award finalist.
As a mom to a curious five-year-old, Suzy loves turning her daughter’s endless “why’s” into pictures, characters, and playful tales. Her books brim with quirky illustrations, mischievous twists, and the kind of magic that comes from seeing the world through a child’s wonder.
