This is an expository book about the scientific nature of the Bible. I found the atom hidden in biblical parables, and as I chased it through the stories, I accidentally found the Tree of Knowledge, the Tree of Life, the Garden of Eden, and the Ark of the Covenant. The main character is the Atom.

A. Circumstantial Evidentiary Standard

My objective for The Magnificence of the Three is to prove that
God’s declarations beginning in Genesis 1:1 is the truth. I took this
verse for granted like all others and ended up applying the “by faith”
standard of evidence in determining that God’s declarations were the
truth. So I overlooked the first verse.

I began drafting the first book of the series beginning with the
second and third verses. As I was working on a draft, I could not get
rid of this feeling that something was missing. What I had drafted
already was substantial enough to prove my points as to the scientific
nature of the biblical record, but something was missing.
So I looked at the first verse over again, and then I saw what it
was. As God claimed that He created heaven and earth, this meant
that there was something heaven and earth had in common when both
were created. Finding that something was not difficult as it was a material of common knowledge today in high school science classes for
decades. Once I did, it felt like a curtain was opened, and I could see
as far as the fires of the big bang. This was how I ended up finding the
most sought-after artifact of the world: the Ark of the Covenant (ark).
I am so glad that I stopped and looked again as that something
that both heaven and earth have in common turned out to be a material used by the Designer to construct both.

This material was special as it was coded with a specific scientific design. After heaven
was created, the Designer used this same code and imitated it in
designing the first man spiritually, psychologically, biologically, and
neurologically.

The next challenge for me was to validate this assumption. For
example, if God was the Designer, where is the evidence showing
that He was aware of the existence of this material with its code? If
He was aware of it, then it had to have been recorded somewhere in
the Bible. This was how I found the ark of the covenant.

The material is the atom. Explaining the atom and its code is
where science comes in. For example, the big bang theory had established when and where the material was created, what it was made
of, and how it was used to construct heaven and earth with. The
structure of the atom with its code became a piece of circumstantial evidence in support of God as the Designer. This is because the
code was imitated not only in the creation of man but through structural themes in story scenes recorded throughout the Bible. The Old
Testament began with the display of the code and ended the New
Testament with the same display as well.

The scientific pieces of evidence that I am using to explain biblical stories are, therefore, presented to the public for review under
the circumstantial evidential standard as applied in determining the
truth of matters challenged under civil and criminal cases in common laws of the United States of America. Here is a short summary
of the meaning of circumstantial evidence.

This type of evidence is separate from direct evidence. For
example, as nobody was with God in the beginning, God’s claims
that He created heaven and earth amount to circumstantial evidence.
If there was a witness who personally saw God perform these tasks,
the witness’s testimony would be considered direct evidence under
the common law of most countries.
In a criminal case, such evidence as eye-witness testimony,
weapons with fingerprints on them, or criminal’s blood found on the
crime scene are considered direct evidence.
In a court case, whether civil or criminal, each side prefers to
use direct evidence to prove their case. In case there is no direct evidence, then pieces of circumstantial evidence are used by either side
of the dispute. In order to strengthen your case, you must present a
lot of pieces of circumstantial evidence to sway a judge or jury to rule
in your favor.

For example, even though there was no eyewitness to the armed
robbery, a witness can testify that he saw someone with red hair like
the defendant running from the direction of the store around the
time of the robbery with the same color of clothing, established
by clerk of store that the robber was wearing during robbery. The
pieces of circumstantial evidence are the following: red hair, running
from the direction of store, the time the defendant was seen running
(around the same time of robbery), and the color of clothing. All
these pieces of evidence from a witness testimony are pieces of circumstantial evidence. These are presented to sway the judge or jury
that the defendant was indeed the armed robber charged with crime
even though there was no direct evidence or eyewitness who saw him
commit the crime.

Another example of circumstantial evidence is this: If you got
into an argument with someone and threatened to kill that person
and a month later, that person ended up dead, even though nobody
saw you commit the crime, the verbal threat could be used against
you as a piece of circumstantial evidence in court if you were charged
with murdering the victim without any eyewitnesses or direct evidence such as a murder weapon or fingerprints in the crime scene.
Circumstantial evidence is the kind that strongly suggests something but does not exactly prove it. This type of evidence helps the
trier of fact draw inference by putting two and two together, as the
saying goes, in deciding whether when all these pieces of evidence are
combined, they point to an obvious conclusion (Team 2020).

The main character in this first book is not God but the atom.
This is because the atom is a scientific fact while God is still up
for debate amongst the intellectuals of our community who demand
that He proves Himself to be real.

So what I am about to do for us is to point out in the biblical
record how God preserved the design of the code of the atom in story
forms. The stories provide the pieces of circumstantial evidence for
you so you can decide for yourself whether—when all these pieces
of evidence are considered together, even in the absence of eyewitnesses—inferences can be drawn from them proving that there is
a God and heaven and earth were deliberately designed. The only
reason why this code is found in both science and in stories of the
Bible was because whoever provided the record was fully aware of the
existence and secrets of the atom.

So understanding the nature of this standard of circumstantial
evidence and how it works in measuring the truth of points in an
argument in the court of law will be helpful in determining whether
the pieces of evidence I am using are enough to prove God’s declaration to be the truth. This is not a “by faith only” presentation.8
As science is responsible for the evidence, then we begin there.

B. The Big Bang!

The big bang theory is the currently accepted model of how the
universe came to be (Magaraja 2021). The image across was drawn
based on current estimates of how the universe was developed in
sections. It is important to keep track of these sections as you read
through the series as they will help in identifying scientific periods of
when God designed the universe in the first seven days. As of now,
the calculated age of the universe is at 13.8 billion some years (Redd
2017).

In this first book, all I am trying to establish are the following:
(1) God did create heaven and earth as He said,

(2) He used a single
material to create both,

(3) this material was the atom,

(4) He then created man following the design of the atom,

(5) God recorded his
awareness of the atom’s existence through stories presented in parables, and

(6) this awareness of the atom presented in stories are my
pieces of circumstantial evidence that support God’s claim that He
created heaven and earth.

The atom was the link or a bridge between heaven and earth,
and if God’s declaration was the truth, then He should have been
aware of the atom’s existence. That is what I discovered in the record.
So I will not get into too much of the complicated scientific details
regarding the big bang theory. All we need is to generally understand
the scientific fact that the atom exists, its nature, and its structure in
order to explain why it acts as a piece of circumstantial evidence in
support of God’s declaration in the first verse.

As is generally known as well, the big bang theory is disputed by
other experts in science (Powell 2019). However, I am using it here
and in future books of the series for the following reasons:

(1) First, theory established the point in time when the atom
was born.

(2) Second, theory also makes it easier to explain the stages of
biblical creation. In a future book explaining the seven days
of biblical creation, the answers to my questions were made
possible by the big bang theory

(3) Third is the involvement of renowned physicist Albert
Einstein. He had a connection to the atom as he was the
one who proved its existence scientifically as the atom’s existence was only theory until then. Furthermore, he was also
the one who came up with formulas that not only enabled
our experts to estimate the beginning of the universe but
predicted its expansion as well (Moskowitz 2014).

I consider Einstein as the biblical prophet of the modern world
based on his work in science. I see his work as spiritually
inspired and will explore some of it in this book.
I am providing short summaries of some events in general for
the purpose of pointing out where science and the Bible meet in
order to clarify the evidence. It is much easier to follow by pointing
out in each section as proposed by the big bang structure to explain
what happened here and there and how events proposed to have
occurred in each section in parallel to the biblical record.
The stages that are involved in this first book are the following:
• the singularity and inflation period
• the period of the primordial soup
• the recombination (see Figure A above)

This formula Albert Einstein came up with, that led to the development of the big bang theory is generally known as the theory of
special relativity with its equation of e=mc2. The E represents energy, M represents mass, and C represents
the speed of light squared. Formula states that the total amount of
energy in a stationary system or object is equivalent to its mass, multiplied by the square of the speed of light (Writer: e-mc2, 2020). It is
referred to as the law of conservation of mass-energy.
Besides the application of formula in developing theory in estimating the beginning of the universe with the big bang, it also helped
in understanding other areas of the structure of the universe. For
example, it helped establish three laws of thermodynamics. The first
law of thermodynamics is relevant to our discussions and is stated
this way: “Energy can neither be created nor destroyed; rather, it
can only be transformed or transferred from one form to another”
(Moskowitz 2014).

This recycling of energy as scientifically explained has just as
much biblical significance as it is in scientific circles. As a matter of
fact, scientific applications of this formula ended up supporting the
biblical record. A simple example was that the formula scientifically
supports what the Bible recorded thousands of years ago, that life
does not end here after death but evolves to another stage.
This formula becomes a piece of circumstantial evidence in support of the biblical doctrine that teaches us that there is life after
death. Einstein’s and his predecessors’ beliefs about the recycling of
energy is still good authority today. The theory has substantial spiritual implications as it runs parallel to the biblical doctrine of a spiritual world after death. The parallel is not the existence of a spiritual
world but that we do survive after death in a different form. Whether
we end up in a paradise in heaven as spiritual leaders teach us is still a
mystery, but it is enough for now to know that science does subscribe
to the theory that life, which is energy in science, does not end here.
Even though this law was a by-product of work by others that
Einstein combined to create the formula, his involvement in combination with other solutions he provided in understanding the structure of the universe, such as proving the existence of the atom, means
to me that Einstein had a special gift. He enabled us to see not only
to the beginning but also to the future and, in the process, provided
pieces of evidence in support of biblical creation. Let’s review the
short summary of the big bang theory.

1. First stage: singularity event

According to experts, the universe began inside a bubble that
was thousands of times smaller than a pinhead (see figure A) and
hotter and dense beyond our imaginations. The temperature in this
bubble had been calculated to have been 100 million trillion trillion
kelvins (amounts to 180 million trillion trillion degrees Fahrenheit).
All this heat was concentrated inside a space not bigger than a pinhead. This heat was in this bubble for an estimated period to be 10
million trillion trillion trillionths of a second, and then the universe
underwent a period of accelerated expansion that ended well before
this first second had elapsed.

It was this accelerated expansion where the big bang got its
moniker from (Wood 2019). This less-than-a-second period is generally referred to in big bang circles as the inflation period, and it was
during this inflation when the universe doubled its size at least ninety
times to the size of a golf ball (Choi 2017). Within this first second,
the temperature cooled down to just 100 billion kelvins (180 billion
degrees Fahrenheit) (Deziel 2017). This was some heat.
Experts at America’s National Aeronautics and Space
Administration (NASA), however, believe that for this inflation to
have taken place, the universe must have been filled with an unstable
form of energy whose nature is still unknown today. Our experts
are still mystified as to what powered this inflation which began the
structuring of the universe (Magaraja 2021).

As outlined above, according to theory, there was only energy in
the beginning; and this energy was in the form of light which were in
packets called photons. When these photons had enough energy, they
spontaneously decayed into particles and antiparticles. An antiparticle
is the exact opposite of the corresponding particle. For example, a
proton has a positive charge (+), and an antiproton has a negative (-)
charge. You will find a simple example of this with your car battery
which has both a positive and negative post or a flashlight battery
which also has a positive end and a negative one. Particles, as you
will find out more below, were used to create the atom; and this atom
was used to create all ordinary matter in heaven and on earth (Slater
1997).

I’d like for you to remember this process that turned light to
particles as before anything else was in the universe, a code that was
part of the biblical design for man came out of the first event of
the big bang: this code was the relationship between opposites. The
whole biblical context is practically about efforts by God to teach
man about positivity (good) and the need to avoid interacting with
the negative (evil). And here it was right out of the gate of scientific
creation was this code. Out of the gates of the big bang came the very
first parallel coincidence between God and science.

The universe, according to the big bang theory of science, began
with the opposite-attract design. How it ended up being duplicated
in creating mankind cannot be simplified as coincidence, especially
by the scientific community according to their standards. I ask that
you take into consideration this first incident of parallelism between
science and God as a piece of circumstantial evidence in support of
a designed universe.

This is the short summary of the first event or beginning point
of when the universe began. It started with energy concentrated
into a small bubble of space in time, and through the energy’s heat
came invisible things we now identify as particles, already designed
as opposite-attraction. These opposite-attract particles were bundled
together to form the foundation that the atom was created with,9
and with these atoms, all ordinary matter in the heavens and earth were
made, including human bodies (Writer: Stable atom 2020).

2. The second stage: the primordial soup
This singularity event of the big bang left traces that enabled our
scientists to find out more about it, including calculating the age of
the universe. For example, during the inflation in the first second, a
light was emitted from the event. This light was an equivalent to a
flash of light from an explosion such as in the case of a bomb explosion as we understand. The big bang, though, is not considered an
explosion but a big stretch (Wood 2019).
This light was recently discovered by our scientists on May 20,
1964, and was identified as the Cosmic Microwave Background radiation light, or CMB for short (Cain 2016). This light was in a form of
radiation as a result of the singularity event (Howell 2018).

According to NASA, after this sudden burst of expansion in
the first second, the growth continued but at a slower rate. As it
expanded, the universe cooled, and at about one second after the big
bang, the temperature dropped to about ten billion kelvins (eighteen
billion degrees Fahrenheit); and particles such as neutrons, protons,
electrons, anti-electrons, photons and neutrinos came out of the heat
and filled the universe (Choi 2017).

Within three minutes after the big bang, conditions cooled for
these protons and neutrons to form hydrogen nuclei. Some of these
nuclei also combined to form helium but in much smaller quantities.
After about twenty minutes as estimated, nucleosynthesis ended, and
no further nuclei could form (Ye 2019).

In this stage, the atoms as we know today were not bound
together but were ionized instead. Meaning that they were in a state
of plasma.10 So when the Cosmic Microwave Background radiation
light hit the plasma, it scattered off the electron particles, and the
CMB got absorbed and reemitted in unpredictable directions. As
long as there were free electrons, the photons (light) streaming through
the universe were kicked around at random.

This was how the CMB light (photons) was blocked as light could not pass easily with electrons flying around in random places (Siegel 2019).
This is referred to as the opaque period of the universe or referred to as the primordial soup (Cosmic Microwave Background, n.d).

It was this CMB light that helped our experts in calculating
and estimating time periods of the big bang events. The length of
time that this primordial soup period lasted has been estimated to
have had been about 400,000 years (Wollack 2016). The light was
blocked here during this period.
