Page Turner Awards is inviting aspiring writers and budding authors in the animal lovers’ community to join their community of writers and get involved in the Page Turner Awards.

The Page Turner Awards, sponsored by ProWritingAid, is an inclusive writing and book awards with one goal — to change the lives of as many writers as possible. The Page Turner Awards passionately believes that talented writers can be from any background, age, race, religion, or interest.

The animal lovers’ community contains talented writers and undiscovered literary gems. Whether you have a guide to your local wildlife, a gasp-inducing thriller, or the next-big-thing comedy, Page Turner Awards can’t wait to pass your story to their panel of influential literary agents, publishers and film producers.

Animal lovers will no doubt be inspired by figures such as David Attenborough and his exploration of the natural world. Maybe you’ve been working on that non-fiction documentary and want to see it on the big screen?

Our experiences as animal lovers come with some great memories, and some difficult ones. Perhaps you have a heart-warming and equally devastating tale of those moments we take for granted as pet owners. Think Marley and Me.

Perhaps all that time you spend around animals has really got you thinking about their view of the world? What are they thinking? Anna Sewell’s Black Beauty was of course hugely successful in telling a story from an animal’s perspective.

If you’re into horses, perhaps you’ve been inspired by stories like The Horse Whisperer, where the lead character has such an incredible understanding of the animal.

Have you ever thought about what your pets get up to when you’re not around? Stories like The Secret Life of Pets have certainly led to some funny thoughts!

Maybe you’ve been inspired by the stories of pets and their adventures in Disney classics, like 101 Dalmatians or Lady and the Tramp.
