Devyn Bakewell has a natural drive for equality and making a difference in the lives of others. She has worked toward her BA degree in English and minor degree in African studies at Howard University and continues to be an advocate for change based on this experience. She is known for her activist stances, collaboration with youths, and her work to promote awareness for the black community.
Devyn is passionate about creating unity through the sharing stories and by using similar experiences as a way to feel connected and encouraged. She continuously fights to change the plight of black youth and women and strives to transform that story line for the better.
