Piku, a teenage boy in the grip of adolescence, falls under the spell of his married English tutor, Rani. What begins as a harmless crush soon deepens into a forbidden attraction — a bond Rani senses, flirts with, but never intends to cross. When her husband leaves town, the walls of restraint begin to crack. Torn between desire and morality, Rani battles her own instincts, while Piku’s unspoken longing explodes onto the pages of his secret diary of poems. The underlying story is not very original but it doesn't need to be since the premise deals with a taboo subject that fascinates people even if they are reluctant to admit it. However, the main issue with this excerpt is not what it's about but rather how it's executed. Multiple errors in the use of language, in both prose and dialogue, spoil the flow of the narrative, at times forcing the reader to have to read between the lines in an effort to fully understand what's happening. I would recommend using a programme like 'Final Draft' to format the script to industry standards and to proofread the text very carefully to target and eliminate the language mistakes.
