It Is 1960 in the small Northern California town of Redding. A mysterious man in his late sixties is living alone in a remote mansion and hires two sixteen-year-old local boys to help him take care of his home. They suspect he is a former Nazi in hiding, and then his past reveals an even darker secret.
"Oskar: Lucifer Hides in Plain Sight" is a horror film that is based on a real Nazi war criminal, Oskar Dirlewanger. SS Colonel Oskar Dirlewanger makes Caligula look like a boy scout. He is literally the most evil person who ever walked the face of this planet. Please find below a link to an article on the real-life Dr. Dirlewanger.

The story begins in Redding California in 1960, fifteen years after the war ended, Oskar Dirlewanger is hiding in plain sight. Oskar hires a couple of sixteen-year-old boys to help him with the maintenance of his mansion, where he is living alone. He gets to know the boys and entertains them with his colorful stories, and they develop a friendship. The boys discover Oskar is a Nazi in hiding and uncover an even deeper secret. Oskar is an immortal who has lived over 700 years, his body has the ability to repair itself in a matter of minutes, after he has been hurt or killed. He is a freak of nature, that has this remarkable healing power. Oskar is trying to control his sexual appetite and has stopped drinking and is living a celibate life when he meets the boys. After slipping up on his sobriety he goes back to his evil ways and kills one of the boys, Oliver Cosimo, by running him over with his truck and retrieving a 16mm film that Oliver has stolen that exposes Oskar's sexual crimes from his Nazi past. The twist in the plot is that Sixteen-year-old Oliver magically comes back to life by healing himself. He discovers he is also immortal, just like Oskar, with these advanced healing powers. He confronts Oskar and tries to kill him, and the screenplay has an unresolved ending, which would make for a great opportunity for a sequel, which I have already written, and it is titled “Oliver the Immortal.”

One of my favorite movies is APT PUPIL, and this is kind of like that but for real, so BRAVO.

There's a huge amount of potential here but it doesn't quite deliver what the premise sets out to do. It's overwritten in many instances with dialogue that's too long and gives the game away too soon. The fact that they joke about the doctor being a Nazi and then he comes out and declares he's not is really on the nose and difficult to buy into. Another edit to address content discrepancies is recommended.
